The return is the responsibility of the customer and can be made within 14 days of receiving the product. PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure the products are in the same condition you received them. Each product must include all labels, envelopes and/or original boxes present at the time of delivery. The original box is considered an integral part of the product itself, it must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging. RETURN PROCEDURE Send an email via the contact page of our website indicating the reason for the request and the order number; Wait for the confirmation email, in which we will send you all the information to make the return; Prepare the package and make sure that the box has the robustness characteristics suitable for shipping; If we receive the item after 14 days of shipment no refund will be made. PLEASE NOTE: the refund is made following verification and relative integrity of the product and the box. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
