Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will in any case be reported before completing the purchase. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase and may vary based on the number of products and/or weight. Orders paid by credit card and/or Paypal are generally processed within 24-48 working hours following the order, unless the product is not available in stock. If bank transfer is chosen as the payment method, it will be necessary to wait for the payment to be credited before starting processing the order. Given the high number of requests, it may happen that the stock is not updated in real time on the website. If a product is purchased in these circumstances, it is our concern to notify the customer as soon as possible, who will evaluate whether to wait for the restocking or receive full refund of the order. Pinto & CO srls invites the Customer to check the product sheets for information on average availability times and possibly to contact the Customer Assistance service before purchasing, if delivery times are decisive for the purchase decision. Deliveries close to holiday periods may be subject to delays related to contingencies and/or closing days of the period. Deliveries are made by specialized logistics partners, at street level (no deliveries at floor level). Costs relating to any use of elevators are the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer must indicate in the order if there are difficult situations in arriving at the place of delivery such as restricted traffic zones, narrow streets, pedestrian areas, etc. All costs for any additional services, such as rental of smaller vehicles, porterage, etc. are the responsibility of the Customer. The search for fast and reliable shipping partners is constant. Pinto & CO srls is not responsible for any delays attributable to the shipping company. For each order the Customer will be informed about the progress of the same. Pinto & CO srls will provide the Customer with the shipping number and all the details to be able to monitor the status of the shipment. Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must check whether the number of packages indicated on the consignment note is actually the one delivered. Furthermore, the Customer must check the conformity of the delivered products and the integrity of external defects. Once this verification has been carried out, the Customer will have to sign the delivery note, after which he will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered to him in relation to the order placed. Any disputes must be reported to the courier, indicating on the waybill that the Customer will have to sign for collection, the words "accepted subject to control" specifying the reasons, otherwise the package will be considered correctly delivered. In case of non-delivery of the purchase order, made with a payment method other than cash on delivery and in the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier in charge will leave a postcard to certify the delivery attempt. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will go into storage. In case of non-delivery, the following day the appointed carrier company automatically sends Pinto & CO srls the storage application opening dossier, which reports the reason for the non-delivery. The Customer also has the possibility of viewing the storage dossier and the status of their order via the shipping number on the shipping company's website. Storage costs are borne by the Customer. Pinto & CO srls will contact the Customer in order to release the stock and ensure that delivery takes place as soon as possible. In the absence of instructions from the Customer and after 3 (three) working days from the opening of the storage procedure, the purchased product will be returned to Pinto & CO srls. After ten working days from the date on which the product was sent back to Pinto & CO srls, and in the absence of instructions from the Customer, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c. Pinto & CO srls will refund the sum paid by the Customer, net of the costs of unsuccessful product delivery, as well as the costs of returning the same to Pinto & CO srls. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used by the Customer for the purchase or via another payment system depending on the circumstances. In the event that, before the ten days have elapsed, the Customer requests to receive the purchased product again Pinto & CO srls will proceed with the new delivery subject to a charge, in addition to the costs of returning the product to Pinto & CO srls.

It is up to the recipient to verify the conditions the delivered product. It is possible to collect the goods purchased online directly from the point of sale, no later than 10 days after purchase. To proceed with direct collection in the warehouse, the Customer must select this option in the dedicated section of their cart, before proceeding with order confirmation.
